its clean, a friendly place, and in a perfect location. staff is friendly and helpful. it is a great place to live.

I would say that it's like always coming home to get wrapped up in your favorite security blanket.

Previous to living at Park Terrace, I would move to a new apartment every 6 mo.- 1 yr. I stayed at Park Terrace for 2 years and would have stayed forever if I had not met my husband and bought a house. I've lived all over Austin and this was by FAR my favorite place ever! Like others have mentioned it's the perfect location. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The setting is serene, but you also get all the action. The noise is minimal considering the location (much quieter than living in the heart of downtown). The neighbors were all friendly. I also had the cheapest utility bills of any place I've ever lived. I have not one bad thing to say about Park Terrace. It's the BEST!

I would say it's comfort and convenience are perfect for the downtown lifestyle.

After two months of apartment searching, I stumbled upon Park Terrace and could have been more delighted. I was looking for an apt close to the greenbelt, so I could run and also take my pup for walks every morning, and also 'walkable' to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, the best gym in Austin, etc. Park Terrace had *the* best location of all the greenbelt-downtown area apts *and* the best price. I couldn't believe it! Plus its a smaller complex (~60 units), tucked in a cute, quiet neighborhood, and even a tiny greenbelt in the back. And, Kim, is a hoot!

I would say it's like a warm blanket you cuddle up with at night. Very comfortable!

I truly cannot say enough about this property. I lived there for the last two years, and it's the best place I've ever called home. Kim and Marcelo are the absolute best, the location cannot be beat, and the intimate courtyard-style setup makes it feel very secluded. If you want privacy, you've got it. If you want to be part of the community, it's easy. Walk to Zilker Park and ACL, Barton Springs, Whole Foods, South Congress, 6th Street, all of Austin's best spots!

You really can't beat this location. I feel absolutely safe and at home here. I've only had one or two (minor) maintenance issues in the 7 months I've been here and they have been taken care of the day that I requested service. Also, Kim, the property manager, is so sweet and personable! I looked at all the comparable apartments in the area, and Park Terrace,by far had the least "corporate owned" feel, yet still has all the amenities that I need to be comfortable. I feel like I am in an Austin original and not in some huge cookie-cutter post or gables apartment complex. I just hope the rent doesn't sky rocket, so I can afford to stay here a while.

i would say it's like living at Austin's version of Melrose Place. Small, quiet community that is convenient to a downtown social lifestyle. You have everything you need within 5 minutes.

It's like having a secluded area to yourself with the basic comforts. You can walk or bike to the city quickly, and when you are done you can come back to park terrace where it is quiet and calm.

I would say that I love it because it suits my active lifestyle. It's convenient for the downtown Austin scene and it reminds me of living in an Austin version of "Melrose Place".
